Exploitation of AB stone with state-of-the-art technology
The exploitation process at Visočani Quarry is based on advanced methods that enable exceptional precision, safety and preservation of the natural stone's quality. Key steps include:
- specialized drilling to prepare precise cutting lines
- undercutting with chain saws, ensuring even cuts and minimal damage to the rock mass
- sawing with diamond wire saws, a technology that enables high accuracy and blocks of excellent geometry
- careful separation and extraction of blocks to preserve their natural structure and properties
